Medcap is a provider-based real estate development firm partnering with medical practices and physician family offices to take the hassle out of developing, owning and managing medical and life science facilities.

Well before property is purchased, a location has to be selected, physician groups must be organized and funding arranged.  We've designed Medcap to seemlessly bring the whole process together and we have the experience to make sure it happens.

LEE'S SUMMIT MOB

MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING: 40,519 RSF

LEE'S SUMMIT, MO 

This project included new construction of a two-story 43,000 sf surgery center on a 6-acre site that provides 360 parking spaces for patients, visitors, and employees. The steel framed building’s exterior façade includes custom metal panels, brick, native stone, and glass wall systems. A canopy on the East side of the building provides protection for patients entering or being discharged from the building. 


Upon entry into the building, a two-story lobby with a 28’0” tall plant feature greets patients and visitors. A tremendous amount of daylight harvesting provides an abundance amount of natural daylight to improve the patient experience.

OVERLAND PARK MOB

MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING: 37,493 RSF

OVERLAND PARK, KS  / Link to Pending Sale Data

This project included new construction of a two-story 37,500 sf physical therapy and surgery center on a 2.2-acre site that provides 122 parking spaces. This building is located in the Galleria 115 Phase I development at the northwest corner of 115th and Nall Avenue in Overland Park, Kansas.

The steel framed building’s exterior façade includes custom metal panels, brick, native stone, and glass wall systems line the southern corners of the building. A canopy on the Southeast side of the building provides protection for patients entering or being discharged from the building.

RAYMORE MOB

MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING: 17,480 RSF

RAYMORE, MO 

 This project included retrofitting construction of a single-story 17,500 sf retail building on a 2.12-acre site that is part of a 400,000 SF +/- power center with Sam’s Club and Lowe’s.   The building now serves as a sports medicine and physical therapy center.

THE EMORY AT NORTH GROVE

CAD Cedar Hill is a new construction “ground up” mixed-use development by Capital Assets and Development’s team of experienced professionals. The project features excellent opportunities for investment returns through joint ownership of the project during its construction and lease-up stage for each of the sites.

OVERLAND PARK MOB II

MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING: 27,500 RSF 

This building will be the second Medical Office Building located in the Galleria 115 development at the northwest corner of 115th and Nall Avenue in Overland Park, Kansas.

It is the “sister” building to Overland Park MOB #1.

 

With similar architecture to its “sister building” (Overland Park MOB #1 which sits adjacent to the immediate south side of this MOB Building #2 site), the steel framed building’s exterior façade includes custom metal panels, brick, native stone, and glass wall systems along the northern corners of the building.
